MarchElegancia Healthcare, a subsidiary of Power International Holding (PIH) and Elegancia Group, has signed an agreement with Cedars-Sinai Los Angeles, the prestigious international healthcare provider for the world-class general hospital. The hospital is scheduled to open in August 2022, with a key mission to set new standards for quality and innovation in patient care, creating a unique experience with highly qualified staff, technological advancement and compassionate care. Urbacon Trading & Contracting is working as the main and MEP contractor for the scheme.

AprilChapman Taylor, a leading global architect and masterplanner, announced it has been signed up by UCC Holding to develop the design for the facade of this project. Design responds to the beautiful waterside context with a sleek, contemporary and elegant facade which integrates LED technology to produce the effect of water flowing across its centre. The bright exterior reflects the luxury hospitality healthcare on offer at the facility, exuding a sense of tranquility and wellbeing. The project is expected to be completed in August 2022.
